IP Development Life-Cycle Process Diagram
IP3DE takes the viewpoint that most companies send their employees to classes or most families seek counseling in a "reactive" manner after an incident has already occurred. Typically, we attend classes such as: Problem Solving, Team Building, Customer Service, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, or Family Therapy Sessions.
However, IP3DE prefers to take a "proactive" stance and develop individuals professionally and personally before issues occur. We suggest our classes, such as: Attitude Maturity Level, Personality Indicator Discovery, Learning Styles Recognition, and Character Development Pillars. These foundational workshops, seminars, and lectures enable your personnel to become more self-aware of themselves, how they interact with people, and what characteristics they have internally in reference to their attitude and individual professional or personal development.
IP3DE's methodology is a combination of today's social and emotional intelligence, with resiliency for social civility, wrapped up in attitude maturity improvement.
The flowchart below maps out the transformational process that must take place for self-awareness and to develop any needed character traits within. This enables a person who knows about leadership and management to become a great leader and manager; or person who knows about being a parent, teacher or politician, to actually become a great parent, teacher, or politician.
IP3DE can guide you through that process!
Your ideas and attitudes are what you think, feel, believe, and intend to do; so OWN the Inner Brilliance in You!
Robert Anthony Day, Sr.
“If nature has made any one thing less susceptible than all others of exclusive property, it is the action of the thinking power called an idea, which an individual may exclusively possess as long as he keeps it to himself; but the moment it is divulged, it forces itself into the possession of everyone, and the receiver cannot dispossess himself of it...”
